What is ElderNest?

ElderNest is a family caregiving coordination app that helps you:

•Share calendars and appointments
•Manage and assign tasks
•Chat with family members
•Store important documents
•Track medications

Your Account

You're responsible for:

•Keeping your login credentials secure
•All activity that happens under your account
•Providing accurate information

Acceptable Use

Please don't:

✕Use the service for anything illegal
✕Share harmful or offensive content
✕Try to hack or disrupt the service
✕Create fake accounts or impersonate others

Subscriptions & Payments

•Free plan is free forever with basic features
•Pro plan requires a paid subscription
•Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel
•You can cancel anytime from your account settings
•Refunds follow Apple/Google/Stripe policies depending on where you subscribed

Ownership

•Your data is yours - you can export or delete it anytime
•ElderNest app and brand belong to us

Important Disclaimers

•Service is provided "as is" - we can't guarantee 100% uptime
•We're not liable for indirect damages from using the service

Medical Disclaimer

ElderNest is not a medical service. The medication tracking feature is for organizational purposes only. Always consult healthcare professionals for medical decisions.

SMS/Text Messages

•Data: when you provide a mobile phone number to book or confirm an appointment with ElderNest, we collect and use that phone number to send you outbound SMS text messages.
•Purpose: these messages are limited to appointment confirmations and related appointment reminders. We do not send marketing, advertising, or promotional text messages, and phone numbers collected for SMS are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
•Delivery and opt-out: SMS messages are sent outbound only, through Telnyx, our SMS delivery provider. Recipients may opt out of future messages at any time by replying STOP, or request assistance by replying HELP. Message and data rates may apply.
•Responsibility: ElderNest is the controller of the phone numbers collected for these messages. Our service providers process them only on our instructions and only to deliver these messages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
